1) Offer valid for new and existing ATCOenergy residential customers who sign up on a 3-year term for both electricity and natural gas services. Reduced home energy rates are applicable to only the Friends & Family Plan’s 3-year guaranteed rates for electricity and natural gas. One-year free Rümi Appliance Plan will appear as a monthly discount on the customer’s bill for -$29.99 for 12 months then full monthly fee of $29.99/month will apply for the remaining term. Early cancellation of the Rümi Appliance Plan will result in a $150 cancellation fee, unless cancelled within the first year with no claims made. Savings of up to $750 are calculated by adding reduced rates savings along with the one-year of Rümi Appliance Plan savings. Savings for the reduced rates are calculated based on today’s energy rates over a 3-year period compared to the same rates with the Friends & Family reduced rates applied, and are estimates only. Current 3-year Guaranteed Plan rates are $11.49¢/kWh and $4.69/GJ. Savings would depend on energy usage. ‘Our best home energy bundle ever’ claim based on the combined value of reduced energy rates and one-year free Rümi Home Appliance Plan. To redeem ATCOenergy credit, Rümi home service must be booked within 60 days and be completed in full, including payment for service, within 120 days of energy agreement start date.
