When you sign up for this bundle, you’ll enjoy electricity rates at 6.50¢/kWh and natural gas at $3.50/GJ for the first three months of your 3-year term.
After this period, your rates will adjust to our standard low rates of 8.69¢/kWh for electricity and $4.39/GJ for natural gas for the rest of your term.

Can I sign up for either electricity or natural gas instead of both?
You can unlock the best savings when you bundle both services together, with electricity at 6.50¢/kWh and natural gas at $3.50/GJ for the first three months, then 8.69¢/kWh and $4.39/GJ for the remainder of your 3-year term.
If you only need electricity or natural gas, we offer competitive rates on either option.
Do I need to cancel my services before switching to ATCOenergy?
We make it easy to switch your energy plan. We’ll even handle the breakup for you! In most cases, you won’t need to contact your former energy retailer to cancel. We’ll let them know you’ve switched your plan and to close out the old account.
Will I experience any service interruptions during the switch to ATCOenergy?
No, you won’t experience any interruptions. The switch is seamless, and your energy supply will remain uninterrupted.
What happens if I need to cancel my plan?
We get it, life happens and plans can change! With this bundle, we’ll guarantee your rate for 3 years. You're free to switch, change, or even cancel at any time with no penalty — we just ask for 15 days’ notice.
