Do I need to contact ATCOenergy to renew my plan?

Not at all. You’re all set to automatically renew on a new ATCOenergy plan when your current plan expires. We’re always happy to hear from you if you want to contact us, but you don’t need to take any action.

Will my services be interrupted?

Not even for a second. Your services will continue seamlessly when your new plan takes effect.

What if I want to choose a different plan?

We want to make sure you have a plan you’re happy with. You’re free to choose a new plan anytime without penalty or any interruption to your services.

Will I get a confirmation of my newly renewed plan?

Absolutely. We’ll send you a confirmation email with the details of your new plan. If you don’t have an email address linked to your account, please update your account profile. Otherwise, we’ll send your confirmation by mail.
