How do I get the credit?
If you found an invitation to this offer in your mailbox, simply switch to ATCOenergy before December 1, 2022. Choose any of our flexible electricity and/or natural gas plans. Then, book one or more Rümi services available in your area before March 1, 2023. The service(s) must be completed and fully paid for by December 1, 2023 and then we’ll apply a $150 credit to your ATCOenergy bill.

You’ll see the credit on your ATCOenergy bill within two billing cycles after the completion of your service(s). This could take up to 8 weeks.
